We use information to provide and secure the service, authenticate customers, deliver Signal Intelligence, apply selected risk and delivery settings, support users, improve reliability, prevent abuse, comply with law, and communicate about access or material service changes.

We can share information with service providers that support hosting, security, market data, communications, payments, and broker connectivity; with your chosen broker when you enable related features; when required by law; or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information for money.

We can use session cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in, remember choices, and protect the service. A preview submission can stay on your device instead of reaching a registration service; its confirmation tells you when this applies. Clearing browser storage can remove that saved information.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and transaction records, resolve disputes, and meet legal duties. Retention periods depend on the type of information and why we use it.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No storage or transmission system is completely secure.

You can choose not to provide optional information, disable integrations, and clear local browser data. Depending on where you live, you can have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or to object to some uses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child submitted personal information, use the Customer Portal contact method to request its removal.

The effective date identifies the current version of this policy. We provide notice of material changes to our personal-data practices when required.
